I think that it's easier to you to receive mails with new players, 'cos European managers use to take foreign players from "freak" countries like Irak, Tunisia... to have their "International Player". So, what I mean, is that their first interest is to have a big International team instead of a great player... so they make you know that this player exists and it's your prerrogative to select him.
